The Italian Folk/Power-Metal band Elvenking just finished the recordings of their new album. Now, the band is moving to the Sonic Pump Studios to do the mix of the new material. The album will be released in Autumn 2007.

Furthermore, guitar player Mike Wead (a.o. Candlemass, Abstrakt Algebra, King Diamond) recorded some additional guitar solos for two of the new Elvenking songs.

The Band says: “It was a great honour for us that Mike did some guitar solos on our new record. It was a really great feeling that one of our guitar heroes was taking part of the recordings. He did an amazing job with his guitar leads!”
