I'm A Rebel (Platinum Edition)

Talking late 70’s/early 80’s heavy metal classic albums, the first four ACCEPT longplayers have a special significance. What started very promising with the self-titled debut (1979) and “I’m A Rebel” (1980), went to full fruition on 1981’s stunning “Breaker” record and its amazing follow-up, “Restless And Wild” (1982). These milestones also paved the way for the tremendous success that ACCEPT should achieve with their Gold-certified “Balls To The Wall” and “Metal Heart” later on.
Now the first four ACCEPT albums will be reissued as exclusive Digipak editions (in fact available for the first time EVER as Digipaks!), three of them including previously unreleased Live bonus tracks recorded on singer Udo Dirkschneider’s latest tour (which took place under the banner “Dirkschneider”). The only exception being the “Accept” album which comes with an audio-recorded interview of Udo Dirkschneider as bonus, in which “Mr. German Metal” tells the story of ACCEPT’s early days and the band’s foundation. Again: This is metal history – so these classics definitely deserve the “Platinum Edition” upgrade!
