THUNDERMOTHER on U.S. stadium tour with the Scorpions!

Hardly any hard rock act has seen a rise recent years like the all-female rock band THUNDERMOTHER! Their album "Heat Wave" (2020) reached #6 in the German album charts (and later an impressive chart re-entry (#16) with the expansion "Heat Wave Deluxe"), as well as #8 in Sweden, #15 in Switzerland and #50 in Austria. Not even the Corona pandemic could completely slow the band down and they played concerts from the roof of a fire truck, among other things. THUNDERMOTHER were born for the stage, their energetic live shows have to be seen. Word of this has spread all the way to the top, and THUNDERMOTHER is now receiving the highest honor: none other than the legendary Scorpions and Whitesnake have invited the Swedes as special guests for their U.S. stadium tour. This kicks off Aug. 21 (two days after the release of their new album "Black And Gold") in Toronto and ends exactly two months later in Las Vegas.

The band comments:
"We are honored to accompany the legends Scorpions and Whitesnake. Our first tour in North America. We grew up with their music and having the chance to spread our love of rock with them is unreal. We are stoked!!"

Jochen Richert (Managing Director AFM/Soulfood):
"After getting Thundermother to the next level in Europe, no actually the next level but one, it's time to conquer the USA. A stadium tour with the Scorpions and Whitesnake in the summer will be a first, important step. Just like in Europe, we will support this tour massively in terms of promotion and marketing. Working with the ladies is a lot of fun, everything runs highly professional and the whole team is maximally motivated. That's exactly how it has to be."
