Diesen Sommer wird es wieder herrlich sündhaft: Powerwolf sind zurück auf den Festival- und Arena-Bühnen Europas und feiern ihre heilige Heavy-Metal-Messe mit allem, was dazugehört – Hymnen, Pyroshow und einem Publikum, das jede Zeile mitsingt.
Vergangenes Wochenende feierten sie dabei ein besonderes Highlight: ihr Debüt bei Rock am Ring. Der Auftritt war ganz Powerwolf – mit imposanten Bühnenbildern, massig Feuer und einer Setlist, die keine Wünsche offen ließ. Die Band setzte dabei auf viele ihrer größten Klassiker wie „Army of the Night“, „Armata Strigoi“, „Demons Are a Girl’s Best Friend“, „Sanctified with Dynamite“ und „We Drink Your Blood“ – aber auch neue Songs wie „Bless ’em With the Blade“ und „Heretic Hunters“ fanden ihren Weg ins Live-Set.
